The third pillar: skills that earn a living and build pride.
Our older learners spend part of every week in the vocational workshop. What they make — mats, candles, detergents, jewellery and baked goods — is sold through our school shop and to the community around us.
The goal is simple: a young adult who leaves Jofreshia with a skill, a routine and a way to earn.

Each skill is taught step by step, then practised until it becomes work.

Cakes, bread and snacks baked for the school and for sale.

Weaving that builds patience, pattern recognition and coordination.

Measuring, pouring and finishing candles for the school shop.

Mixing, bottling and labelling household detergents.

Beadwork, jewellery and paper art sold at community markets.

House keeping, car and carpet washing — practical work with real demand.
Book a visit, ask a question or support a learner — we would love to hear from you.
